Hmmm, is it possible that when you use "yuvdenoise" that the sharpening (-S) default is the reason for the higher bitrate? "yuvdenoise -f" on the other hand might not be doing the -S (sharpen) processing. What happens if you compare "yuvdenoise -S 0" to "yuvdenoise -f"?
