Hmm - I should have realised that. I'm juggling too many things at once

I'll do that, Bernie. I'm away on holiday tomorrow for a week, so I'm
not sure that I'll get much further before I go.
In general terms, though, you seem to be saying that the zoran card will
do much more for me than the bttv card. Is that so? If it is, I will
forget about the bttv card and buy a DC10+ once I have satisfied myself
that I can get it working with the new kernels.
