In an effort to avoid replying to individuals without a copy to the list 
I set up a kmail profile that would always bcc the list.  Having just 
tried it, I got:


Your mail to 'Mjpeg-users' with the subject

    Re: [Mjpeg-users] LVS and mjpegtools version

Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.

The reason it is being held:

    Message has implicit destination

Either the message will get posted to the list, or you will receive
notification of the moderator's decision.

Obviously it is not happy at what I have done, but why?  I'm trying to 
make things as tidy and problem-free as possible, so if I understand 
the problem I may be able to find a solution.
