The reason it is being held: Message has implicit destination Either the message will get posted to the list, or you will receive notification of the moderator's decision. Obviously it is not happy at what I have done, but why? I'm trying to make things as tidy and problem-free as possible, so if I understand the problem I may be able to find a solution.
