I'll try to retest it with 2.6.x kernel. Now, finally, NVidia drivers are 
available :-)

Hmm, actually I was tring to not move the mouse - to get consistent 
results :-) I'll retest. As for HT system than it was not a problem - I was 
able to work normally during encoding except windows/programs switching - it 
became more slower.

Ok, so I just need to add yuvdenoise to the pipe? No problem :-)
