        The one that causes dvdview to print "frame picture" or similar 
        info ;)

        If you trace thru the handling of "-I" in mpeg2enc there's mention
        of "fieldpic" and similar flags.  These result, I believe, in the
        encoder setting the "Progressive_frame" bit - that is in the MPEG-2
        Picture Coding Extension structure (same structure that the
        repeat first field flag is in) according to
