That's what I suspected.  The reason, I found, was that it had run out of 
space.  I've moved some files around now, and will carry on for the rest of 
the chapters, then go back and run that one again.  At around 7 hours I would 
have liked to avoid it, but I think it's safer to re-run it.  Thanks, Steven.
