Note the ' / 4' part of the assertion
I have a feeling that it's not the smallness of the dimensions
but rather that the height is not a multiple of 4
The assertion is coming out of the section of code which appears
to be downsampling from 4:2:2 to 4:2:0. With 4:2:0 there could be
a requirement to have the vertical (number of lines) be a multiple
of 4 and 90 does not qualify.
As an experiment can you try a 120x92 image. The aspect will be a
little off but if that works but 120x90 does not then my hunch is
correct. Or 160x120 would be a suitable dimension - just a little
larger but a size I've seen fairly often on the 'web'.
Good Luck!
