Make attenction: by default, the new yuvdenoise has a gaussian filter and a spatial filter on. The motion compensation was also removed (it was very useful on quite-motion scenes). I usually disable the spatial and gaussian filter (-s 0,0,0 -g 0,0,0). Maybe you can keep the gaussian filter for chroma only (-g 0,255,255). I wrote also a patch that re-adds motion compensation, but the yuvdenoise's developer is very busy at the moment and could not check if the code is good or not...
