Hi There,
Im have an encoding problem, maybe someone can give me a hint.
I have grabbed a mpeg2 file with an Hauppauge PVR 350. The file is an old
depeche mode Tape. It starts with a black stage and some guys doing photos.
The original MPEG2 file looks good. Now I start recoding with a line like
that

transcode -i _Ch210_20051007_200947.mpg -x mpeg3 -o transcoded -y
mpeg2enc,mpeg -F 8,-Khi-res -c 0-0:00:10

But after a "flash" the resulting video has many tiny lines on it (like fishes
from a bad satellite dish). All of them are vertical and havethe size of a
block. I have this effect with mpeg2enc (1.6.2) and ffmpeg. Maybe someone has
a guess or a parameter that i might change?

Sebastian
