Hallo > System: SuSE 9.3; > Kernel: 2.6.11.4-21.7-default > Lavtools 1.8.0 > TV-card: WinTV Theater, some 5 years old Does that card have the the vpx3220 IC ? Else that fix for the vpx3220 won't help you.

The *.ko is the compiled driver module. Is that module loaded ? Have you done a "lsmod | grep vp" and did the vpx3220 module shop up ? > What to do ? Anybody had a similar problem yet ? Only with the zoran based DC30, and from you mail it doesn't look as if you would have a zoran based card, that has the vpx3220 IC. I would guess that you have a bttv based card (I didn't take the time to look what card you have). And you have simplay choosen the wrong input. have you tried all inputs -i p/P/t. Can you give us some information of what kind of image you get for each input. How many inputs does the card have ? auf hoffentlich bald, Berni the Chaos of Woodquarter Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] www: http://www.lysator.liu.se/~gz/bernhard ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
