What do you want to do ? I'm unsoure what you want to do. Do you want to
decode the mpeg2 stream recorded by your camera and put it on DVD ?
Than you need to decode the video and scale is down, should work best
with y4mscaler (http://www.mir.com/DMG/Software/). Than you should be
able to rencoed it again with mpeg2enc.

If you just want to remux it and have problems with mplex please post
your commands.
