I see no value in sending this patch to LKML. It would only add up to the 150,000 posts that hit this list every year. We have dedicated mailing lists, people who care subscribe to it. You are listed as the maintainer for this driver, so the usual way would be that you add your Signed-off-by to the patch and send it to the subsystem maintainer. But if you don't want to do that, that's OK with me, I can add your Acked-by and send it myself. As long as the patch isn't lost, I'm happy.
