You can either tap the copper bushing and then screw in the proper sized
bolt and pull it out with a slide puller, or you could fabricate a tool.

I stick an oil soaked rag into the cavity that exposes the flywheel, to
trap any falling bits. I then lightly hammer a large screwdriver, that
fits inside the bushing. Then I just twist it out, being careful not to
screw up the alloy case.

The just use a deep socket and lightly hammer it in.
