Dear Son (Mr. "Win"),
Sashimi is a tasteless fish that has not realized it's full potential.  Recently while eating Sashimi in a wonderful Japanese restuarant (in asia), I came to this conclusion.  The Sushi, however, with lobster and or other meaty pieces, was wonderful.  The Japanese are missing out on the full flavor and could learn a few cooking lessons from the heat using part of the world.... just an opinion from someone who eats both but would much prefer a nice piece of regular Sushi roll to Sashimi (the leading cause of food poisioning in Japan) any day...

Later,
Clayton
