The Quaife kit allows you to pick all your gear ratios and R&P. It's available with straight cut gears for racing applications, as well. Kind of pricey, the Quaife street kit is $3K, R&R, and kit install not included. Will end up over $5K, if you get a killer clutch, and a Quaife diff, also.
