I've had fumes entering the car for a while and my passengers seem to notice it much more than I do. At first I thought it was a rust hole in the back; got that fix but no difference. Then I fixed that broken downpipe; no difference. Admittedly the rear hatch doesn't seal perfectly on the body but how can the exhaust fumes go forward while the car is running? Any suggestions/experiences would be much appreciated.
