Pontiac shouldn't be selling cars at all!

Yeah, I saw it a couple of weeks ago for the first time, and had the same 
reaction.

Great commercial.

VW's had really good luck with advertising in the last couple of 
years.  Since the A3 chassis cars came out, seems like they began targeting 
a different market, folks more likely to want a VW and who had money to 
spend...  Generation X (like me, and probably many of you).

This is around the time many other companies also figured out that gen-x 
was not the slacker bunch of irrelevant, poor whiners that they had been 
reported to be, and began running ads targeted at this group.

It's clear that Pontiac thinks they are going to sell cars to junior-high
kids.
