motronic will do it for you.  getting more air into the engine is taken
care of by the cams, and since that air has to go past the airflow
plate, it will be metered, and the car will dump the corresponding
amount of fuel (that it thinks it needs) into the engine.  you can get a
chip programmed for the cams though, no doubt.  (or at least for
something very similar.)  that will optimize the fuel/timing curves for
your specific car.  cis-e can handle hundreds of HP.  in bare bones
stock form, it is good for at least 200.
