Hmm, the coil wire on my 16V doesn't seem to be too long. It isn't a direct run from the coil to the distributor cap, but is routed down and around along a vacuum line and coolant (heater) hose. It's retained to those with factory nylon swivel clips, the ones that have one large end to clip over the coolant/vacuum hoses, with a smaller end that the coil wire clips into. All very neat and tidy. I'd post pics of my engine bay, but I don't seem to have a digital camera... Chris, if you're curious, I could pull the coil wire off and measure it's length. Maybe ND does offer different versions, and you got one meant for a Scirocco 16V. Bottom line: Nice, very high quality plug wires! --Holland Forced Failure Racing Don't Ask MotorSports [email protected] a2_16V List Owner [email protected] San Jose, California _____________ List Sponsor: http://www.netsville.com To remove yourself from this list, send mail to [email protected] with 'unsubscribe a2_16v' in the body of your message See us on the web at http://www.a2-16v.com Visit the 16V Homepage at http://www.gti16v.org
