I cannot recommend this. As a long time spamfighter, (I hunt spammers down and get their accounts, websites, domains, nameservers, and credit processing services shut down) my advice is to NEVER try to unsubscribe from any spam. You did not subscribe in the first place, so why should you be required to unsubscribe? Spammers use unsubscribe info to identify live addresses. Then they either spam you more or sell your email address to other spammers.
