Well, either system _can_ deliver the right amount of fuel, it just has to be 'tricked' into doing so; an extra part (power module or chip) is required for best results in either case. I think the original point was that you don't have to ditch the Bosch system entirely and go to custom f.i./engine management: The stock fuel pump, injectors. . . are up to the task.
