I agree. For engine, exhaust would be the next step, then probably cam(s). After that there's not much to do without spending some bucks on the head and/or bottom end.

For suspension, the first step would be springs (and shocks!). A strut tower brace is cheap and easy, but you won't notice the difference nearly much. The final step would be sway bars.

        Upgraded brakes and wheels/tires round out the package.

As far as what order to do them in, it depends on your priorities. IMHO, the next upgrade should be the suspension (springs, shocks, and a brace); that'll give you the most added fun.
