Ok I did look and verify this,
191 199 279 C
and
357 199 279B are both Hydro-mounting

The part I got 191 199 279 looks like just a rubber cone, the other one
which came stock on my car (357 199 279B) has a rubber bottom with a metal
upper part.

What I'm thinking is the part 191 199 279E which is a bonded rubber mounting
is the one you need a conversion kit for? I think Mike Potter @ virtual
world parts sells some sort of conversion kit to convert to the solid rubber
mount for around $100. I remember hearing something like that a long time
ago.

Maybe someone else here could provide more info on what part 191 199 279E is
for.
