Gabriel, If turning the ignition off-on gets rid of the problem, I'm 100% sure that it's your knock sensor control unit. Find a used one, or even better borrow one and test it. They are very simple to replace. I had the same problem and bought a used one for 75 bucks. The guy even tested it and gave me a 30 day warranty on it.
