Use a drill to knock the head off the screw and just run without it..
The lugs will hold the rotor down, I didnt have a screw in the drivers
side of my GL for the whole time I owned it, never could tell either. I
believe the screws are 6mm thread, so maybe try using a 5/16" drill and
see what you can do. Good luck.
