I get 26-28mpg with my bone stock 1.8l 16v. It runs very well and I have the mixture set a little fat. I probably need to change the O rings and do some other nice tune up stuff to help the mileage, but I am too lazy. I also drive like an idiot with it, so that I'm sure is making it worse.
