Ok guys,
Here's the scoop on my 91 Jetta GTX 2.0l 16V.

Its hesitating a bit in the low RPMs, accelerates well through
3000-6000RPM and slowly accelerates through 6000-7000RPM.
The car has good pull, but my 89 Jetta GTX 1.8l 16V pulls a lot harder.
The 89 Jetta is @ 12deg advanced timing and richened fuel mixture.

On the 91 I changed...
New Beru Super-X plugs, Beru cap, Beru rotor, old plug wires passed the
water test (w/o arcing), replaced vacuum lines, cleaned all electrical
contacts, changed thermo switch, new fuel filter, ATE 10.1" w/ Mintex
Redbox pads, German Rear Disks w/ Mintex Redbox pads, master cylinder
set the timing to 6deg advanced, I don't think the fuel mixture was ever
adjusted because the rivet is still on the Fuel Distributor.

Its still leaking fuel around the fuel pump, I think it needs a new
O-Ring (possibly a fuel box), Running a bit hot (120C or 248F oil
temps), Temp gauge reads 2/3 (two-thirds). The car stalled twice on me
today, I didn't notice that it even stalled until I hit the gas.

Everything else feels fine on the car.
I think changing the Thermostat and doing a coolant flush along with an
oil change (Mobil 1 Synth 20W/50) will cool the engine down a bit.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Mark Reda.
