New problem. I can't get the 17mm bolt on the tranny mount isn't
comming off. I can turn it, but it won't come off. It will loosen,
then tighten, then loosen etc. Tipical indications of screwed up
threads. What should I do? I have a complete donor car to work with
if I mess up some parts. I unbolted the entire tranny mount. Now I am
trying to remove the bracket that holds the tranny to the mount. I'm
talking
about two parts. The part that bolts to the tranny over above the green
end
cap. I'm also trying to remove the bracked that bolts to the bell
housing,
by the orange shifter bushing. I can't get this part off though. I'll
probably have
to drill the 17mm bolt off tomarrow. Any suggestions?

Here is where I am at so far.
 Motor mounts disconnected
 starter removed
 Drive shafts disconnected
 All shift linkages are disconnected
 Battery is removed
 Intake tube is removed
I removed the three bolts holding the control arm to the spindle on
both sides. I realize now that I only needed to do the drivers side.
 Oh well.
