I just checked mine, the flat ground strap runs to ground on the head on a
vertical bolt just above the back of the distributor mount. There should be
other grounds around there as well.

Oh, and ANOTHER question: there is a flat ground strap attached to one of
the nuts that mounts the coil. It's about a foot and a half long and it
leads NOWHERE. It's just hanging there. Where's it supposed to go?
