I used a test light and found that power is indeed coming through the wires that connect to the window's motor (motor that is held on by 3 - 10mm bolts, right?) but the motor still doesnt respond. Fried? The junkyard wants $25 a side for manual crank window mechanisms so I guess I'll just wait for now.
