Well, I owe New Dimensions a bit of an apology, I called and spoke with Jon from ND this morning and he was very nice, and responded to my problem by sending me new strut bearings in replacement for what was damaged, he also asked if there was anything else that I needed to make things right.

So in essence I apologize for my original post, it was harsh on ND, was a bit tired when I made the post (was up until 2:00am pulling my struts and axles out), and had not spoken with ND about the situation yet. I have to admit I was expecting a different reaction on their part, I think they have improved their customer service greatly since I last purchased from them.

On this subject I'd like to bore you with one quick kissass note. I think it's clear that VW owners we have an unfair advantage over other car owners which we often take for granted. We have more parts, accessories, vendors, and performance shops available to us than 99% of the other poor souls that don't own VWs. In short, I think we're pretty lucky to have choices on who to purchase what from and I feel pretty petty for saying one is better than the other.
