I am using all VWMS mounts, even the control arm bushings. They are really
hard but not so hard as to be uncomfortable...

So, no one has any thing to say about the vw motorsport hydro mounts.
  Alex,
The solid rear motor mount you are referring to, is that the oe one on the
1.8l 16v? The stock trans mount on a 91 jetta gli is solid correct? So are
you suggesting to use a vibra front "street" mount with a older style solid oe
rear motor mount and the stock trans mount? Just needed a little
clarification.

  Thanks,
  Jesse

    - I'll have to disagree about the VibraTechnics mount. What you should do
is
get the stock solid rubber mounts for the rear, and get a vibra technics
front mount. That's the setup I had, and there were no excessive
vibrations
and the mount was tight. I ended up selling it when I was in a bind for
cash, but it was working great.

    Alex.
