I think he posted about that in another message... it's wired to the full-throttle switch, and comes on when you hit full throttle. I don't remember if the full-throttle switch provides ground when closed, or +12V when closed, but it ought to be easy to figure out. I did a similar thing to my cluster, only I put 5 dual (red-green) LEDs into the bottom row, and wired them up to a DB-9 connector outside the cluster. One of them now comes on for full-throttle enrichment. The other four... I think I'm going to wire a radar detector to them -- since detectors are becoming illegal over here starting next year, I'll try to do a stealth install... Anyone know if the newer models with radar detector-detector (VG-2?) protection are really all that undetectablabe?
