I Got It!!!
Just finished up wiring up the keyless entry function of the alarm on my
GLi. Ahhh, the simple pleasures in life!! Works like a champ.
Lesson learned-- DO NOT attempt to patch into the wiring for the power
lock system directly from the alarm. I tried this and fried my vacuum pump.
An electric actuator at the driver's door lock is definitely the only way to
go :-).
Now, my only issue is I some how disabled the arm/disarm chirp function
;-).
Anyway...if anyone needs any help w/doing this in the future, I'm more
than willing to pass long my experiences.
