Vacuum leak. Check out your intake boots, tubes routing to and from the ISV,
and injector seals. Also make sure that the idle adjustment screw on the
throttle body is tightened completely and the accompanying o-ring is sealing
well. Check the wires and connector to the ISV. I have mine disconnected and
it runs as you describe.

>Ok here's the deal, when the car is cold upon first start up, it has
trouble keeping an idle, and sometimes will even die. Once the car is warmed
up, the car will idle, but way outta tune, it's almost like the engine is
burping, the idle will bounce between 1000rpm and 1200rpm, really strange. I
was thinking it's the idle stabilizer going out, but someone else told me it
could be the o2 sensor, or possibly something with my motronic. If you've
had this problem before, and know how to fix it, drop me a line, much
