You have to take the seal out, like a sidewindow. The best way to
replace it is to call 1-800-SAFELITE and have them install it for you!
Its a major PITA that involves a long string if you do it yourself.....
Plus, if you break it, you are screwed, if they break it, you get a new
one.....
