If anyone is interested, there is a red 1.8l 16v GLI w/ 145K miles on it at
jack's auto salvage in North Billerica, MA. They say the guy drove it in,
so it must run. Stock, with a thule roof rack on it. Busted plastic on
the grill, some funky paint, fairly dent-free body, etc. Interior looks
pretty good. Has power windows and the black vinyl/grey recaro seats are
decent. Driver's side had a rip in the bolster, but otherwise things look
good.
