I'm posting this for a friend ( [email protected] ), I've never
seen the car:
'90' GLI w/ 190k. the tranny(manual) is junk beyond repair. it needs
rear calipers, fuel line, timing belt. the interior/exterior is good.
the engine ran great and a compression test was good.'
From what I can tell, it should be Calypso Clearcoat Metallic (the
color of my former Jetta, pics of which can be seen at
http://www.geocities.com/brett_haney/my_ride.htm but the one in the
picture is NOT the one that is being sold... I believe it's the same
color). It supposedly has the BBS wheels and Recaro interior, although
I can't comment on the condition of either. The car is locate in North
Ridgeville, OH, which is west of Cleveland.
