thanks to everyone for all the previous help. Most of my problems have been fixed (well, if you want to call replacing the stereo and speakers "fixed"). My headlights are still goofy. I'm going to try a new relay. I went to get tires yesterday (ended up getting Kelly Charger HR 195/50R15), and noticed how nasty some of my wheels look, and I began to think about how good they would look nice and clean. What has everyone found to be the best cleaner for the stock GLi (1990) wheels?
