I left the valet switch off of my car altogether. 
Theres no point of having a switch under the dash,
when with most alarms you can valet the alarm with
just the remote (to do mine, you open a door, click
button 1 once, then button 2, then button 1.  Then the
red LED will be steady, and its in valet mode). 
Getting out of valet mode is the same way as well.

Yep, it will work for a 4dr no problem.  There are two
wires running to that door pin, one is a ground I
think, the other side is switched.  Check the Bentley
tho.  To tap in, just use a phillips screwdriver to
pull the switch out, and the two wires are right
there.
