Hey guys, I've been having a few problems with my fuel pump housing and the surrounding fuel lines.
The Fuel Pump Housing (Fuel Box) is leaking around the fuel pump (about 2 table spoons a day). Also the fuel lines leading from the Fuel Pump to the accumulator sprung a leak and I ended up breaking the line in 2 pieces. Oh well. I wanted to know if anyone on the list has attempted to fix this problem before. I heard that passat fuel lines are made from plastic and won't corrode like the Jetta/GTI copper lines. Would Passat lines fit? I was also considering having stainless steel fuel lines and banjo ends made. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks, Mark Reda. 91 Jetta GTX 16V
