Steve, hope your skinny...that way you can crawl through the ski hole
in the middle of the seat. It can be done, trust me, I did it about two months
ago. took me about 5 minutes to squeeze through the hole...
In my case the lever rod popped of the latch.

So, I get home and I need to get some shtuff out of my trunk. So I
walk around, insert key turn and push....no click, so I turn to the other side
and push...no click. I do this for a couple of mins...
I CAN'T OPEN MY TRUNK!
