I'd say that the price is expensive but reasonable from a stealership. They will charge you 'book hours'. Your best bet is to call your local dealership or any dealership and ask them what the estimate to put on suspension would be, then go from there. The two hours of time it took to adjust things can include things like test driving and follow up diagnostics, especially if the car wasn't running perfectly. When you are 100 miles away from home, the dealership would not want the car to die on you on the way home as they would be expected to tow it back and 'fix it' again. They are a VW dealership and probably did a very good job making your car run well. That's the upside to all this. Clayton
