What kinds of power are you (collectively) putting to the flywheel in
order to get clutch slipping at high rpms?  I'm somewhat abusive to
the clutch (and gear box and the drivetrain in general) and NEVER get
any clutch slippage with a standard Sachs clutch and sport pressure
plate.  I usually explode one clutch disk per season but I've always
attributed that to over-revving the engine during downshifting - I've
never found evidence of slippage at the flywheel or pressure plate,
just clutch fragments.
