the C currently has 205/50/15, and the tires are too ballooney and
squirrley...and thats on a 6.5" wheel. i couldnt imagine them on a 6"
wheel.
Can you imagine 205/50/15s on 5.5" wheels? That's pretty much the
standard size on all track/autox 914s. I've done it and yes
it balloons even more so than on 6" wheels but it works fine.
At last weekend's track event, I was running on borrowed
205/55/14s on 5.5" rims, as did several others...
