Anyone have a passat wagon and know the dimensions of the box you could fit
in the tailgate? I've just started working for www.zipcar.com, and we have
a couple of passat wagons I could use for about $2 an hour while I was
moving my stuff from apartment to apartment. I've got a 3'4" x 1'5" x
6'2" piece of furnature I need to move, and wondered if it would fit.
SOMEONE has to have one they could measure.

As for my new workplace, check out the web site. They've got a fleet of 46
new VW's (and maybe 10-15 new civics) that they allow members to use for
$4.50-$7.50 an hour + $.40 a mile (most are around-town trips, so mileage
isn't a huge thing). You reserve online, and the cars are nicely scattered
around the city. For boston city living, it's an awesome concept. If they
had VR6es, I might ditch the GTI...
