I noticed on my into work this morning while driving up Hwy 101, that almost every overpass had an American flag tied to it. Also, I hadn't heard about the headlight thing until just now but I did note to myself on the way to work that it seemed an awful lot of people had their lights on considering the weather. Maybe word is getting around.
