You can find the testors smoke or transparent black at a hobby shop; it's
used to give RC and model cars the "tinted" window look.  Since the paint
is designed to be sprayed on the inside of a clear lexan body, it's not
necessarily going to give you a shiny finish, or be that durable in the
end.  I would highly recommend going with a few coats of clearcoat over
the tint.
