Well it did happen to me a couple times, the best way to remove the bolt
without breaking anything is with a 12point allen head socket.  You force it
into the hole with a hammer, it works about 95% of the time.  Maybe you
know, but whenever you have a bolt to remove, knocking with a hammer on the
socket before you try to loose to nut will help a lot.  Especially helpfull
when trying to remove the nuts from the exhaust manifold studs.  Good luck.
