well, like patrick said, you'll do better with the scirocco intake
stuff.  thats the box, the mainfold, and the pipe between them.  

to answer your question completely though, we need to know how much you
are getting.  is it JUST the motor, or are you getting other sensors and
components?  

IMHO, if youre not getting the full setup, the answer is probably:  to
difficult to be worth it.  you'll end up spending alot of money on the
little parts, unless you try to make the rabbit engine management work. 
which is probably a pain in the ass too.  (never tried it)  then you'll
still have the rabbit tranny, which will probably be complete bunk. 
again, youre best bet would be to find a 16v scirocco.  course, if you
do that, you might as well not even buy the other engine in the first
place.  

my opinion:  unless youre willing to spend alot of money and actually
make it a project car, dont do it.
